This service is a comprehensive audit of your website to evaluate its current state of search engine optimization.

Summary of Deliverables

A writen SEO audit document of between 5 and 10 pages in length (not including appendices) and includes the following:
• Results of a review of the Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics account for your site.
• Your site will be manually inspected to detect any element that is over or under optimized.
• Your site will be inspected for to see how it conforms to Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
• Offsite factors will be closely reviewed to determine the health of the online reputation for the website and how it can be improved.
• The final section of the audit will be a summary of recommendations based on the results of the audit culminating in a “To-Do Checklist”
• Appendices accompany the final report may be provided in .Zip format. The Appendices usually includes full-length incoming link reports and other lengthy data that was generated throughout the audit to support our recommendations.
• Access to the UKWaltons SEO Panel to allow continued monitoring of your site for 1 year.
• A 1 hr phone/skype review to discuss the website audit and associated recommendations.

Detail Deliverables

The website audit is designed to unearth why/if your site not is performing as well as it could be in organic search results – specifically on Google. The audit covers two main areas; Onsite and Offsite criteria:

Onsite Criteria

The following will be inspected on your website:-
• Title Tags
• Meta Description Tags
• Meta Keyword Tags
• Other existing Meta Tags
• Alt Text
• Body Text:- what people see when they visit the site
• Content.
• Heading Tags:- can any titles or headings on the page be improved.
• Navigation:– can you improve access for the search engine spiders
• HTML & XML Sitemaps for the main site, news, blogs, etc.
• Robots.txt
• Duplicate URLs
• URL’s – Check the URL structure of the site
• Domain history
• Spam – Check the site for spam, or any other techniques that could possibly result in penalties or a decline in rankings and remedy this.

Offsite Criteria

A number of offsite factors that can influence organic search engine ranking success will also be checked.

The following is a list of the offsite criteria to be reviewed:-
• A sample incoming links to your site will be analyzed to review their quality. I will search for anything that could lead to future search engine penalties such as links from “bad link neighbourhoods”, links from unwisely interconnected link networks, etc. I will also look for ways to improve the link building efforts for your site
• I will review your site's Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools accounts for red flags.


I will require access to your site, google analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.

This audit will require access to yor site for the term of the service. In addition, no substantial changes to the website should occur during the website audit. If you do need to make changes that will effect the SEO additional charges may be made. This would be things like changing meta tag keywords/descriptions throughout the site, implenting ultimate seo urls etc, so unlikly to happen on a normal site.
